As part of our ongoing commitment to faster payments, fewer errors, and a better provider experience, all claims will soon be required to be submitted through approved clearinghouses. Email and paper claim submissions will no longer be accepted once this change takes effect. This requirement will be reflected in the upcoming Provider Manual and Master Services Agreement. We will share additional details soon. Making the switch now ensures continuity and faster, more accurate processing. As HOMELINK transitions to required electronic billing, these are the key advantages providers will experience right away.
