Vendor was closed on 12-31-03 so order had to wait until the next working day. Lorna said Teresa was pleasant to work with on this order.

We took a referral from Charlene at First Health on 5/22 @ 4:28p.m. The order was given to Missy S. to set up, and she did just that by 4:48 p.m.! Charlene called to say she is so appreciative of Missy's quick attention to this order because the patient was in a lot of pain and needed the brace ASAP. Charlene called us back to say what a great job Missy did on the order and that Missy is "marvelous". Great job!


I received a voice mail from Joan M.. First Health case manager. Joan wanted to let me know that she has been working with Rachel R. on an order for supplies for a patient. This patient gets a year's worth of supplies and they are mailed to him in Chile. Joan said she appreciates all of Rachel's hard work, professionalism and thoroughness on this patent.


Jessie M. received the following note from Kristin at Guardian: "I really do appreciate your patience in sorting out these files and thank you for going very much above and beyond to help me. You have shown me that customers service truly is your top priority.


Deb Y. took a call from Colleen at Guardian. She had a nursing referral and a CPAP order and wanted a one-stop shop kind of thing. She asked for April M. because she wanted the "Best in the West" PCC!!


We had a conference call this morning with FARA, during which, Regina E., one of the case managers, had very positive things to say about Arren A.'s professionalism and eagerness to help her with her patient's needs.
